INDEPENDENCE WEEKEND HOURS: Open Friday, July 3rd; closed July 4th and 5th
We’ve been open seven days a week for a while now, under the most stressful and nerve-wracking conditions of our entire 45-year history. As a result, Connecting Point will be observing this Fourth of July with special Independence Weekend hours. We will be open our regular hours Friday, July 3rd. But we’ll be closed both Saturday, July 4th and Sunday, July 5th. Our hard-working staff could really use a break! We’re sorry for any inconvenience this might cause, but trust you’ll understand. Open every day again! New hours starting Monday, June 1st
As of Monday, June 1st, we’re open every day again!
Some great news: starting next month, we’re back to being open seven days a week! Next Monday (June 1st), our hours will be Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm, and Sunday noon to 4pm. Please note that until June 1st rolls around, our hours remain Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 4pm. We will not be open Sunday, May 31st.
We have you, our customers, to thank for being able to say “We’re open every day again!” You’ve got lots of choices for your technology needs, yet you’ve continued to shop with us. You’ve stayed loyal and supportive of this locally owned, independent small business through the most difficult crisis in its 45 year history. For that, we are eternally grateful. Revised store hours: Connecting Point now open 9am to 5pm weekdays
Starting May 11th, open until 5pm weekdays
We’re trying hard to edge our way back to normal. It’s a long journey, but one we are committed to making. We aim to be the same Connecting Point you’ve known and loved for 45 years! So as of last Monday (May 11th), we’re extending our special CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE HOURS an hour later on weekdays, from 9am until 5pm. Saturday hours will remain 9am to 4pm. We’ll continue to be closed on Sundays, but we plan on that being temporary.
We want our staff and customers to stay safe and healthy. We provide hand sanitizer at the front counter, the service counter, and in the bathrooms. We also wipe down displays, counters, and doors with disinfectant — several times a day, every day. Check-ins to our Service Department are handled right inside our store entrance, with minimal personal interaction and maximum safety.
We’ll continue to offer free shipping on all orders over $100. If you live in the greater Medford area, we’ll even make that personal front-porch delivery to your home or business, in our company vehicle, by one of our own staff. Or you can take advantage of our new no-contact curbside pickup procedures. Just place your order by phone, and give us a ring (541-773-9861) when your car pulls up to the storefront. A staff member will walk the items out to the curb and deposit them beside your vehicle. And you can always shop for Apple products at our online store, where again shipping charges will be waived for the duration of this crisis.
