Connecting Point’s Medford store revises its hours (slightly)

New store hours for Medford's Connecting PointEffective immediately, these are the hours of operation for our Medford location:

  • Monday-Friday 8am-6:30pm
  • Saturday 9am-6:30pm
  • Sunday 11am-5pm

The main change extends the hours of our Service Department to coincide with those of our Sales Department. Now you can enjoy the convenience of dropping off or picking up repairs until 6:30pm, Monday through Saturday. EDIT [03.19.15]: As has been the case for years, our Service Department is unable to field phone calls until 9am weekdays.

And please note our Service Department remains closed on Sundays – which means no repair drop-offs or pickups on that day.

The issues appear to be related to our cable provider, and are probably not confined to just us. Techs are working on the issue. We expect to be back up and running shortly. We appreciate your patience, and apologize for any inconvenience.
