The Ashland Independent Film Festival is five days of the highest-quality independent film, held in historic Ashland, Oregon. The Washington Post called it “a dream you’ll never want to leave.” Every Spring, Southern Oregon buzzes with the excitement of the AIFF. Over 7000 film lovers gather at the historic art-deco Varsity Theatre, the Historic Ashland Armory, and other venues to watch over 90 documentary, feature, and short films over five days.

Today is the day. Back on February 26th, Apple sent members of the press invitations to an event they termed ‘Spring forward.’ This Daylight Saving Time wordplay almost certainly hints the event will involve the Apple Watch. Later this morning (at 10am PDT), the lights will go down in the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater in San Francisco, and we’ll find out exactly what it’s all about.
