Vendor trained and certified technicians diagnose and repair computers, printers and other peripherals. We are also an Apple Authorized Service Provider, the highest designation available, capable of working on virtually any Apple product (including iPhones, iPods, and the iPad), regardless of place of purchase.

In addition, Connecting Point SERVICE offers extended warranties, onsite evaluations and service, preventive and periodic maintenance services, wireless network installations, and much more, all aimed at protecting your investment and avoiding unforeseen expenses.

We stock a broad selection of upgrade parts and components, including hard drives, memory, video, network, and sound cards, keyboards, mice and monitors. Components not stocked can be special ordered, and are usually received within a couple of days.

We also stock a huge assortment of inkjet and laser toner cartridges for printers and multifunctions from HP, Canon, Epson, and others. Finally, we will pick up repairs and then deliver them back to you at no additional charge (within your greater metro area).
