Billy and Ben in the service department were amazing. We had an issue with our MacBook Pro regarding Parallels. We run a small business in the area and they realized we had a large meeting the next day and needed the laptop right away, they let me know they would look and see if it was an easy fix they could do right away. They did want me that if it was more in depth I would need to check it in and it could possibly be 3 to 5 business days. Which I liked that they tried at first and did let me know that it may be something that could take longer and they work on a first come first serve basis. In the end they were able to fix the problem in roughly 20 minutes or so. Thank you so much for your up-front way of business and also offering to at least see if you could resolve the issue quickly. So so happy with the service, and also when we purchased all of our equipment it was easy and carefree. We purchased 3 Mac’s all together plus printers, and other equipment and Steve was also great to work with. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.” – Jessica & David F.

“Wanted to let you know when I came into your store in October, I went to the service department to get some help with my failing iPod and Jason was the one to help me. Jason determined that all we needed was a “restore” and some updating. I brought the iPod home and reloaded all our music and haven’t had a problem since.   1. Absolutely Stunned! Purchased an iMac last month with Visa Debit, went back to purchase a laptop today with American Express and they wouldn’t take it. Business must be extremely good to turn business away to Best Buy!

    1. Julia, sorry you were unable to complete your purchase from us with your American Express credit card. Like many other businesses, we don’t publicly list AmEx as one of the cards we accept. Their fees are nearly double that of Visa and MasterCard, and when you are operating on single-digit margins, it can really make a dent in your bottom line. (You can read more on why a lot of businesses don’t accept AmEx here.) However, if it means a customer like yourself walking out empty-handed, we’re authorized to accept the card. We apologize that the associate you were working with didn’t know this.
