It’s April Fool’s Day, but believe us, this is no prank…
We can dramatically boost the speed of your laptop or desktop by upgrading its hard drive to a Solid State Drive (SSD). The advantages are many: SSDs are faster, and because there are no moving parts, they’re more rugged and reliable, as well. They draw less power, which means the battery in your laptop will last longer. They’re cool, quiet, and lightweight, and work equally well in Macs or Windows PCs. Plus, prices on SSDs have plummeted, making this upgrade more affordable than you ever thought possible.
PROMOTIONAL PRICES:
- 120GB $249.99
- 250GB $319.99
- 500GB $399.99
Prices include the drive itself, installation, and “cloning” the data from your old drive to the SSD. TO SAVE EVEN MORE: “Like” our Bend Facebook page or our Medford Facebook page, and/or follow us on Twitter, and you’ll receive a 10% discount off these prices!
This offer runs from Wednesday, April 1st to Tuesday, April 7th, 2015. Please note our prices do not include additional hardware that may be required for installation (i.e., brackets, adapters, etc.). Also, your original drive must be functional; prices do not include data recovery, diagnostic fees, or additional repairs. And to take advantage of our social media discount, please be prepared to show us you’ve “liked” or “followed” us.

Today is the day. Back on February 26th, Apple sent members of the press invitations to an event they termed ‘Spring forward.’ This Daylight Saving Time wordplay almost certainly hints the event will involve the Apple Watch. Later this morning (at 10am PDT), the lights will go down in the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater in San Francisco, and we’ll find out exactly what it’s all about. You can watch the event live online at this link.
To view the livestream, you’ll need to have version 5.1.10 or later of Apple’s Safari browser on your Mac, or Safari on iOS 6.0 or later on your iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch. You can also stream it through your second or third generation Apple TV, provided it has software version 6.2 or later. If you don’t have any of these options available, here’s a workaround that’ll let you stream it on Windows PCs and Android devices.
Here are a few links to media outlets’ live event coverage:

UPDATE 12:10 PST: It appears our phones are back up and running again. Give us a ring.
FYI: Our Medford store is having issues with its phone system this morning. If you are unable to get through, please call Jeff’s (541-944-4835) or Tom’s (541-291-8500) cell. You can also email us. If you’re trying to contact our Service Department, you can submit a form here.
The issues appear to be related to our cable provider, and are probably not confined to just us. Techs are working on the issue. We expect to be back up and running shortly. We appreciate your patience, and apologize for any inconvenience.
